awww i dont think she remembers.
but she might have this feeling inside of her saying that she knows him. 
even if she does remember, may b sumthn happened to her and she is trying to pull herself away frm mayank like armaan did in dmg wen he found out that he was mentally imbalanced.

Right see when the nurse told her smething at last part 0:25 go and see tht she is pulling herself away from mayank..Now she dosent belive tht she had sme relaetion between mayank….But yes she does remember her memory see in the precap she called sam and gunjan…she is angry

actually i dnt think sO she lOst her memOry mujhe lagta hai woh naaraz hai ki why did they leave her in the hospital jabki every1 thought thatshes dead and she cnt lost her memory cuz she itself took her sertificate frm the college…!!

i think nupur ko yaad hain aur ye saaf dikhayi diya,issliye nehi ki nupur ne mayank ko pati kaha balki issliye kyun ki hospital mein nupur ne chahkar bhi apni emotion ko chupa nehi payi.mayank ke liye uski chita,bechaini hi uski sabut hain.aur phir jab nupur ki dupatta mayank ke hath mein tha tab nupur ki expression hi sab kuch keh diya hain ki nupur ko sab kuch yaad hain aur wo ye chupa ne ki kowshish kar rahi hain.aur jab doctor ne mayank ke family member ko inform karney ke liye kaha tab nupur ki chehra yehi keh raha tha ki wo uney janti hain aur uneasy feel kar rahi hain ki kaise unhey inform karegi.so that’s mean nupur ko sab kuch yaad hain.
main toh baas nupur ki yehi expression dekhney ke tadap rahi thi.dhire dhire meri intejar khatam ho rahi hain.par ab bhi main mayur ko sath dekhney ke liye bechain hu.
baas mujhe toh gunjan par gussa arahi hain.mayank ki iss halat ki zimedar sirf aur sirf gunjan hain.uskey wajah se mayank itna depressed ho gaya hain,aur jinka natija ye accident.agar gunjan ko mayank ke baton par yakin nehi hain toh wo apni ye suggestion apni paas kyun nehi rakh sakti,mayank ko kyun tension de rahi hain.aise dosto par lanat hain.bechara mayank,uske payer ko sab pagalpan ke raha hain.mujhe toh mayank ke halat dekh kar rona agaya.

kal tumney mujhe pucha tha ki kya main aur koyal pehle se hi friends hain?
nehi hum pehle se dost nehi hain.meri pehli dost the sameer,zahin,yukti.par nupur ki exit ke badh hum sab ne ye site quit kar diya tha,par jab mujhe nupur ki wapas aney ka ehsaas huya tab main bhi yaha pe phir se agayi thi.but yaha aney ke badh mujhe meri old friends wapas nehi miley,tab dhire dhire meri dosti koyal se ho gayi.aur ab toh hum kafi achchey dost baan gaye hain.koyal ne mera sath tab diya jab main bohot akeli thi.she is really very sweet
